1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions apply to Services provided by Silverlink Consultancy Limited (referred to as “we”, “us”, or “Company”).

These terms and conditions are in addition to the Website Disclaimer and apply to the sale of any courses/services. By using any of Silverlink Consultancy’s services, or by clicking on the “Accept” button on our website, you agree to the Terms & Conditions of this agreement.

2. The Services

2.1. Description

A description of the Services and start dates are available on your payment invoice. Services are provided with reasonable care and skill.

2.2. Access

Full access to all tools is provided during the paid period. After this period, access will incur a monthly charge or full subscription.

2.3. Confirmation of Terms of Services

You confirm that the Services meet your needs and you have researched their suitability. No guarantees of specific results, qualifications, or employment opportunities are provided.

3. General

3.1. About our Platform

The platform connects students and job seekers (Candidates) with independent contractor instructors (Instructors) for live and recorded training, mentoring, and learning services.

3.2. Communication

Main communication will be via WhatsApp and Basecamp.

3.3. Governance

Candidates must adhere to governance processes when reporting issues. Content on Basecamp and recordings from tutorial sessions are confidential.

3.4. Duration

Programs have varying durations:

  • Project/Programme Management: 6 months
  • Data Analysis: 6 months
  • Web Development: 6 months
  • Motion and Graphics design Analysis: 6 months

Access to Learning Hub System (LHS) video content is restricted to the enrolled program.

3.5. Projects and Completion

Only one project per candidate. No payment for work done; projects belong to the company. No recording of project meetings is allowed.

3.6. Mentorship

Mentorship is provided upon interview invitation only and may be withdrawn if the candidate is not proactive.

3.7. Reference

The company’s name must not be used as a reference without proper authorization.

4. Payments

4.1. Registration

Place is guaranteed once a deposit or full payment is made.

4.2. Receipts

Confirmation of order receipt will be sent via email.

4.3. Agreement

A legally binding agreement is established when:
(a) The offer to purchase services is accepted via email.
(b) Payment is processed and space is allocated.

4.4. Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable.

5. Cancellation, Deferral & Refund

No refunds once training materials are accessed. Exceptional refunds take 30 working days with a 20% admin fee. Abuse of the refund policy may result in account suspension or termination.

6. Termination

Services may be terminated immediately for non-payment, or aggressive or harassing behavior.

7. Conduct

Platform access is for lawful purposes only. Recruiting or contacting Instructors or users for non-affiliated business without permission is prohibited.

8. Miscellaneous

Tutorial sessions are recorded and available on Learning Hub System (LHS) within 72 to 96 hours. Social media engagement must not include defamatory content. Classroom session pictures and videos may be used for social media purposes.

9. Complaints Policy

Complaints must be in writing using the Silverlink Consultancy Ltd Email address. A response will be made within 48 working hours.
