My name is Moses-Olomu Jaiyeola , an architect by profession. I came into the training program with a construction background.
In the course of the training, I came across a lot of new processes and terminologies that were a bit confusing but with the in-depth teaching and explanations of my instructor, Ms Gina, I was able to gain the required understanding and knowledge.
The group assignments and the practical assignments gave us the opportunities to put to use the various principles we were taught, and understand them better!!.
Ms Gina’s training is from the basics, progressing steadily to the technicals, enabling the students gain steady knowledge and understanding of the project management processes.
I’m not fully there yet, but a solid foundation has been laid for me to build upon by putting to practice all I’ve been taught.

My name is Monsurat, I am very excited to do my practical project management training with Silverlink Consultancy Ltd. My feedback during my training is as stated:
- Knowledge: I gained a solid understanding of project management principles, methodologies, tools, and techniques. For example, being able to use the MOSCOW methodology and implementing it into real life example. In our study, it was centred around a 5-bedroom House for a potential client.
- Skills: I acquired practical skills in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Confidence: I developed confidence in the ability to lead and manage projects effectively, from initiation to closure.
What went well during the training:
- Interactive Learning: The course was very engaging and interactive. The learning experience was via Zoom, I took part in case studies, group exercises, and simulations, which facilitated better understanding and retention of concepts. I had project materials to help my knowledge of the project life cycle.
- Expert Instruction: I benefited from the expert instructions because valuable insights were provided, real-world examples, and practical tips based on their industry experience.
- Networking Opportunities: The course provided opportunities to connect with peers and industry professionals, fostering valuable networking relationships and potential collaboration opportunities. For example, I was able to work with a web developer and we are currently in the process of building a live website for potential future students who also wish to embark on this wonderful journey.
- Flexible Learning Options: The course was very flexible, as mentioned previously it was via zoom, there were options to reschedule, if need be, Gina was very accommodating to the needs of every student.
