Her professional journey, which began in Nigeria as a Public Relations Personnel in a federal government ministry (CMD), reflects a remarkable blend of adaptability, determination, and passion.
Upon relocating to the UK, Regina initially took on roles as a Healthcare Assistant and Hospital Administrative staff. However, her innate passion for project management quickly led her to transition into this field. Her career has since encompassed pivotal roles, including Senior Business Information Analyst, Service Delivery Manager, Project Coordinator, Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Programme Manager, and PMO Lead. This diverse experience has equipped Regina with a deep understanding of project lifecycles, strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and effective team leadership.
Regina’s commitment to professional development is unwavering. She holds a BA (Hons) in Business Administration from the University of Wales and an MBA in Business Administration from Anglia Ruskin University. Her professional qualifications include PRINCE2, Managing Successful Programmes (MSP), Lean Six Sigma (Yellow Belt), and Scaled Agile Framework (SaFe). These credentials underscore her dedication to maintaining the highest project management standards and staying at the cutting edge of industry best practices.
Throughout her career, Regina has successfully implemented a wide range of projects, from Automated Pharmaceutical Robots and Clinical Projects to IT transformations, Data Migrations, and Capital and Cost Improvement Programs in both the NHS and private sectors. These accomplishments highlight her versatility and proven ability to deliver tangible results that drive organizational growth.
Regina is also deeply passionate about nurturing talent and fostering growth. As a coach, mentor, and trainer, she empowers individuals to reach their full potential and fosters a culture of continuous learning within her organization. She has trained numerous candidates in project management, ensuring they are equipped with the skills necessary to succeed in the field.
In addition to her project management expertise, Regina is a certified Life Coach and NLP Practitioner.
